Frank Baker
Frank Baker

Mr. Frank Baker is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Siris. Together with Peter Berger and Jeffrey Hendren, he launched Siris in 2011 and helped establish the Firm’s investment strategy, which focuses on driving value creation in mature technology companies with mission-critical products and services, facing industry changes or other significant transitions. Since its founding, Siris has raised four institutional funds, and Mr. Baker has helped oversee the Firm’s platform equity investments, in addition to non-control investments. Prior to founding Siris, Mr. Baker was a Managing Director at Ripplewood Holdings LLC, a global private equity firm. He started his career in the mergers and acquisitions group of Goldman Sachs and earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago. Mr. Baker currently serves as a trustee of the University of Chicago and has been a major supporter of the university’s New Leaders Odyssey Scholarships. Mr. Baker is chairman of Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights, and a board member of Sponsors for Educational Opportunity.

Peter Berger
Peter Berger

Mr. Peter Berger is the Chairman and Co-Founder of Siris, bringing more than 50 years of experience across private equity, banking, and consulting—over 30 of those years as a direct private equity investor in leadership roles.
As Chairman, Mr. Berger provides strategic oversight and stewardship, guiding the firm’s long-term vision, governance, and investment discipline. He works closely with the leadership team to ensure the continued success of Siris’s mission to create lasting value through its investment approach.
Alongside Frank Baker and Jeffrey Hendren, Mr. Berger co-founded Siris in 2011 and, as a Managing Partner, was instrumental in shaping the firm’s distinctive investment philosophy. Across Siris’s portfolio companies, he has served as Chairman or director and has led multiple Audit and Risk, as well as Human Capital Committees.
Before founding Siris, Mr. Berger was a founding member and Managing Director at Ripplewood Holdings LLC, a global private equity firm. Earlier in his career, he served as Senior Partner and Global Head of the Corporate Finance Group at Arthur Andersen and as a Managing Director at Bear Stearns’ investment bank.
Mr. Berger holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a bachelor’s degree from Boston University. He has been a guest lecturer at Columbia Business School and previously served on the Board of Directors at Jazz at Lincoln Center, where he chaired the Finance Committee.

Dave Calamai

Mr. Dave Calamai (Managing Director) joined Siris in 2023. Dave serves on the firm's Investment and Operating Committees and currently oversees the firm's investments in BearCom and EFI. Prior to joining Siris, Mr. Calamai was a Principal at Tailwind Capital, where he focused on investments in the technology services, healthcare services, and business services sectors. Prior to his time at Tailwind, Mr. Calamai worked in the healthcare investment banking group at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Calamai received a B.A. in Biology and a M.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia.

Mr. Sandeep Guleria (Partner) joined Siris in 2012. Sandeep serves on the Investment Team with responsibility for sourcing, executing, and managing investments across the technology sector. Sandeep serves on the firm's Investment and Operating Committees and currently oversees the firm's investments in Gigamon and Newfold Digital. Prior to Siris, Mr. Guleria worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions and Global Communications groups at Citigroup in New York. He graduated from New York University where he received a B.Sc. with a concentration in Finance and Accounting.

Seth Harward
Seth Harward

Mr. Seth Harward (Managing Director – Business Development) joined Siris Capital Group in 2026. In his role, Mr. Harward oversees the firm’s business development activities. Prior to joining Siris, Mr. Harward was most recently a Managing Director at Piper Sandler in the firm’s merchant banking group, where he helped lead the firm’s technology investing efforts and served on the Investment Committee. Prior to joining Piper Sandler, Mr. Harward was a Partner at Frontier Growth, where he evaluated growth-stage software companies and was instrumental in building and leading the firm’s origination and business development capabilities. Earlier in his career, Mr. Harward served as Director of Business Development at the Council for Entrepreneurial Development in Research Triangle Park, where he developed and managed strategic relationships with investment firms, intermediaries, corporations, and entrepreneurs to support the entrepreneurial business community across the Southeast.

Mr. Jeffrey Hendren is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Siris.
