Mr. Ian Silverman (Partner & Chief Financial Officer) joined Siris in 2013. Prior to joining Siris, Mr. Silverman worked at Tenex Capital Management and was responsible for finance, tax, administration and human resources. Before joining Tenex Capital, he spent over 8 years at Ripplewood Holdings LLC, where he most recently served as Chief Financial Officer. Earlier in his career, Mr. Silverman held finance and accounting roles at Morgan Stanley and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Silverman has a B.S. in Accounting from Rutgers College. He is a CFA charterholder and is a member of the CFA Institute and New York Society of Security Analysts.

Ms. Ciara Roche (Senior Advisor - Compliance) has worked with the Siris team since its founding in a number of senior operating and compliance roles, including as COO, CCO, and Managing Director of Compliance and Operations. Prior to joining Siris, she was with CBay Systems, a former SAC PCG portfolio company, from 2009 to 2011 as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development. Prior to that, Ms. Roche was a Managing Director at Ripplewood/RHJI having joined in 2000. Ms. Roche started her career as a consultant for McKinsey & Company in London and later in Los Angeles. Ms. Roche has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Economics from Trinity College Dublin.

Mr. Jared Nadan (Principal - Investor Relations) joined Siris in 2019. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Nadan was an Associate in the Corporate Strategy & Development group at BlackRock in New York. Mr. Nadan graduated from Emory University's Goizueta Business School where he received a B.B.A. in Finance.

Mr. Jonathan Liva (Director of Finance) joined Siris in 2018. Prior to joining Siris, Mr. Liva was an Assistant Controller at Apollo Global Management, a Manager at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. and a Senior Accountant at Citi Private Equity Services. Mr. Liva graduated from Indiana University where he received a B.S. in Accounting.

Mr. Gaylets (Tax Director) joined Siris in 2021. Before joining Siris, Mr. Gaylets was a Tax Senior Manager in the Financial Services Office at EY LLP in New York. Mr. Gaylets graduated from Fordham University, where he received a B.S. in Accounting and M.S. in Taxation.

Ms. Hina Patel (AML Compliance Officer, Facilities Manager & Finance Associate) was a founding team member of Siris Capital in 2011 and S.A.C Private Capital Group in 2007. She has worked with the Co-Founders for over 18 years and has extensive experience in senior level executive support and office management. Ms. Patel is responsible for day-to-day facilities operations, provides accounting support and serves as Siris AML Compliance Officer.

Mr. Sherwyn Williams (Head of Information Technology and Cybersecurity) joined Siris in 2017. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Williams worked at Agio, LLC, where he was a Security Engineer and specialized in systems security, risk assessments, and penetration testing. Previously, he was a system engineer for Pro4ia, a technology managed service provider. He graduated cum laude from New York City College of Technology with a B.Sc. in Technology.

Mr. Joel Ilarraza (Advisor-Information Technology) joined Siris Capital Group in 2021. With over 15 years of experience in enterprise IT, he has led technology environments across private equity, real estate, global organizations, and retail sectors, with a focus on secure, modern cloud-based infrastructure. Prior to joining Siris, Mr. Ilarraza served as IT Systems Manager at Columbia Property Trust. Earlier in his career, he held IT leadership roles at World Gold Council and Pronovias, supporting executive leadership teams and guiding technology initiatives across multi-office environments. Mr. Ilarraza is recognized for his steady leadership, enterprise technology expertise, and ability to align IT strategy with organizational growth.

Ms. Trish Doyle (Executive Assistant) joined Siris Capital in 2021 as an Executive Assistant. Ms. Doyle has a long-standing career supporting senior level executives. Prior to joining Siris, Mrs. Doyle worked at Norwest Equity Partners supporting several Partners as well as managing the West Palm Beach, Florida office. Her background includes supporting the Chairman/CEO of WWJR Enterprises, the Founding and Managing Partner of GenNx360 Capital Partners, the Chairman/CEO of Florida Realty Investments, and the Managing Director of Distressed Debt at Goldman Sachs. Ms. Doyle also spent close to 10 years supporting the CEO and senior executive team in the healthcare industry.

Ms. Linda Eliasson (Executive Assistant) joined Siris Capital in 2018 as an Executive Assistant. Ms. Eliasson has extensive experience in senior-level executive support. Prior to joining Siris, Ms. Eliasson worked at Nasdaq, supporting the President, and at Convergex, where she supported the CEO. Ms. Eliasson graduated from Hunter College, where she received a BA in Anthropology and Psychology, with Phi Beta Kappa honors.

Ms. Caitlyn Gilbert (Executive Assistant & HR Associate) joined Siris Capital in 2021 as an Executive Assistant. Ms. Gilbert has extensive experience in senior-level executive support. Prior to joining Siris, Ms. Gilbert worked at Power Design, supporting numerous Regional Vice Presidents for five years. Ms. Gilbert graduated from the University of South Florida, where she received a BA in Communications.

Ms. Camry Bambauer (Executive Assistant) joined Siris in 2024. She has over eight years of experience in both executive support and office administration. Prior to joining Siris, Ms. Bambauer worked with Scenthound, a nationwide wellness-focused dog grooming franchise where she was the Corporate Office Administrator. Ms. Bambauer graduated from Flagler College with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).

Ms. Isabelle McNiff (Receptionist) joined Siris in 2026. She supports front-office operations and serves as a welcoming first point of contact for clients and visitors. She has a background in client services and operations. Isabelle attended the University of Alabama, where she studied Public Relations.
